A Vibrant Workspace Design for a Global Entertainment Company

Drawing inspiration from Paris

Fever, a global live-entertainment discovery platform, sought to replicate the look and feel of their Paris office in their new London workspace. They aimed for consistency across global locations, with nods to their sister brand, Secret London, who are part of the same parent company.

Prioritising flexibility and collaboration

Fever’s new office is designed to suit a variety of workstyles, with spaces for focus and collaboration. There are meeting rooms in various sizes—including a round-table setup for more flexible formats—and five Zoom booths dedicated to virtual calls. The spacious boardroom supports larger gatherings, while the open teapoint, leading to an outdoor terrace, sets a relaxed tone for internal events and social hangouts, making it easy for the team to connect.

Infusing brand identity

Fever’s vibrant personality shines throughout the office, capturing their energetic presence in the events industry. Custom branding with the Fever and Secret London logos is thoughtfully placed in key spots, while meeting rooms are named after cities around the world to emphasise Fever’s global reach. The Zoom rooms get a creative twist, inspired by famous artists, and the teapoint comes to life with a neon sign. In the boardroom, a feature wall spotlights Fever’s core values and the essence of their business.

People-first design

In keeping with Fever’s commitment on an uplifting workspace, we placed desks along the windows to maximise exposure to natural light. The open-plan layout features two banks of hot desks, with sit-stand options to support employee wellbeing and flexibility. Large windows flood the office with light, creating a bright, energising environment that enhances focus and productivity.

Celebrating heritage and culture

From posters of past events on the walls to dedicated “decoration areas” that celebrate Fever’s journey, the new London office is a true reflection of the brand’s vibrant culture. Simple yet impactful, the design harmonises Fever’s brand with the functionality needed for a high-energy, event-focused company. Fever’s new London workspace not only aligns with their global office style but also fosters an environment where their young, dynamic team can thrive.
