Our regional team collaborated with long-term client Boultbee Brooks Real Estate to increase the value of their asset at 2530 Aztec West in Bristol. Despite the building appearing dated and unappealing upon acquisition, Boultbee Brooks saw the potential of the property to become a contemporary office destination that would appeal to local businesses. We developed a simple, neutral design for the common areas and delivered a refurbishment across the entire building, encompassing two 8,000 sq ft Cat A office floors.
Studio.Build developed a new brand identity for the building, producing stylised wayfinding and reception signage designs which we implemented on site. These design details are carried through to the business lounge and breakout space where tenants can host visitors, socialise, or work in a shared space. A contemporary use of material contributes to an inviting welcome area where a monolithic reception desk is complimented by a soft backdrop that accentuates the building’s branding and delivers a memorable first impression.
With a modernised waiting area, shower blocks, locker room and bike storage, occupiers can be assured that their workplace will present a professional image to visiting clients and that their employees needs are being met. 2530 Aztec West has been brought up to a lettable standard that will meets the quality and cost expectations of tenants looking for a new office space in Bristol.
